Residential Lobby
The lobby is open and welcoming, a feature we are excited to finally be able to offer with Residence. It will have a securrity post in addition to a waiting area. The entrance of the lobby has a drop off point for added convenience.
Pool Deck
The pool deck is in the second floor adjacent to the fitness center. The pool measures 14m in length, 7 meters in width and 1.30 meters in depth. The pool will be fitted with a quality filtration system. The pool is surrounded by a large sundeck, perfect for relaxation and soaking up the sun. The pool also features a small kid’s pool area, providing a safe environment for them to enjoy.
