This application form does not constitute an Offer Letter or a Sales Agreement and is merely an application to request for provisional booking of an apartment.

Successful applicants will receive an Offer Letter within 7 (seven) working days of submission of this form to Rasheed Carpentry and Construction Pvt Ltd.

Eligible applicants will be required to pay a booking fee amounting to MVR 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Maldivian Rufiyaa) and a non-refundable Legal Fee of 15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Rufiyaa) within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of the Offer Letter.

The booking fee will be deducted from the total fee payable by the applicant for the purchase of the apartment.

Applicants who fail to arrange the booking fee in the stipulated time will be disqualified and the form will be rejected by Rasheed Carpentry and Construction Pvt Ltd.

Successful applicants will be required to sign a Pre-sale Commitment Agreement.

Applicants who fail to enter into the Pre-sale commitment agreement within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of the Offer Letter, will be disqualified, and the booking fee will be returned after deducting the legal fee.

All payments should be made in either Maldivian Rufiyaa or United States Dollars.
